Starting over again

I’ve been lifting for well over 10 years now…that’s a long time to maintain interest in anything. Like anything else you go through cycles, sometimes you’re very interested and working on a new goal and sometimes it’s all you can do to get through your workouts. Right now I’m getting ready to start on the next journey, I’m just not totally sure what that is yet. I feel that my arm is healed and is 100%, I feel that my diet is good and has the potential to be great if I have a contest to focus in on, I feel that my weight is ok, but I like to see it drop another 10 pounds and I think my strength is coming back and it helps that Josh is done dieting and he can push harder in the gym. So right now I’m just trying to stay strong, lean up and stay healthy until I find the right contest to train for. We’ve started a hypertrophy training program, something totally different that we’ve ever done before. So far I like it, and I think I’m going to post my workouts so I can reference them later.
Today was Squat: Warm up, 405×5, 425×5, 435×5, 455×5, 455×5
Yesterday was Bench: Warm up, 315×5,315×5, 335×5, 355×4, 335×5
