What a difference a week makes

Just finished another good workout in the gym and I feel great! I went back and read my post from last week…it wasn’t negative, but it wasn’t really that positive either and that bothered me. So no I’m trying hard to go into the workouts with a lot of energy and enthusiasm and also I’m trying to get past babying my left arm. Believe me when I tell you that the last thing I want to do is reinjure that arm, but I think it’s time to take the training wheels off and hit things full speed. That’s the approach that I’ve been taking this past week and my mental state is much better because of it. Can’t wait til the next workout!
